I propose merging [[Locals]] into [[Rumble (company)]]. I think the content in Locals can easily be explained in the context of this article, and merging them would not cause any article-size or [[WP:UNDUE|weighting]] problems. I am not sure the content in Locals needs to exist, as many of the references are their own sources and notability doesn't appear to be present for Wiki standards.
