The United States paragraph does a great job at explaining the bans of TikTok in the country but does not have very many specifics nor does it discuss the almost total ban of TikTok. Another great thing to add would be how TikTok almost got banned completely. “In August 2020, former US President Donald Trump signed an executive order that would have banned TikTok and WeChat in the US, citing national security concerns.
