:You have given the TA one warning, which told them to stop, but did not explain what was wrong with their edits. 
:I'm [[WP:AGF|assuming good faith]] and that their edits were well-meant but they're not aware of the need for sourcing - if that's the case, this is not a behavioural problem, but an inexperienced editor unaware of our policies.
