Merge [[List of observances set by the Hebrew calendar]] into [[Jewish holidays]]. [[WP:NOTDIRECTORY]]. And as {{U|Vonfraginoff}} correctly [[Talk:List_of_observances_set_by_the_Hebrew_calendar|notes on Talk]], Wikipedia is ill-suited as a generalized perpetual calendar. The current approach to this page makes it a maintenance nightmare. Listing major holidays by their Hebrew date on the Jewish holidays page is sufficient. :It's not that I think it's a bad idea, because it looks like the page was basically forgotten about and entirely out of date for like 5 years and then someone updated it, and it'll be accurate until Rosh Hashanah, if it is indeed correct now. So that goes to your point of it not really being scalable and maintainable. On the other hand, if there were some software driven way to automatically populate the list, or we got rid of the actual dates, might some version of this page be a reasonable entry simply as a bulleted list? But to your point is that really just [[Jewish holidays]] and [[Hebrew calendar]]. But, maybe there's a reason to have that as a separate article. Then again, it looks like this list page was only created in 2016 and that means most of Wiki history this article didn't exist or was out of date. So I guess I can come around to just supporting the merge with the rationale that at least someone is expressing an interest in this area of Wikipedia's welfare and that should be authorized to proceed because it will most likely lead to an improvement of some sort.
