And if a reviewer includes a URL in the decline, it adds {{tq|This submission appears to be taken from <code>URL</code>}} to the top, which would then make the first line of the [[User:Qcne/AfC_template_rewrites#cv|proposed rewrite]] repetitive.

Instead, should the rewrite be made conditional as below?

As far as the <code>cv</code> declines go, yes we absolutely need to keep the notices about not leaving copyvio text in the draft.
