The image caption says "A layer of solid xenon floating on top of liquid xenon inside a high voltage apparatus (the solid is more dense than the liquid)"

::Agreed that the caption was confusing as the denser solid xenon is indeed not floating but instead building on the electrode. I added the image back and edited the caption to say "A layer of solid xenon building inside a high voltage apparatus.
