If we should move this article it would be to "Background to the Iran–United States war" rather than the war article itself ([[2026 Israeli–United States strikes on Iran]] sounds better suited to it). :::Maybe a good way to end it, is to create a third article which is about the military conflict (airstrikes & Iranian retaliation) specifically and we keep the articles on the strikes focused on the American-Israeli strikes.
