::Per [[Wikipedia:Village_pump_(proposals)/Archive_227#requests_for_comment_on_enabling_the_25th_anniversary_birthday_mode|the RFC]], it is disabled. It seems that people with accounts can still access (judging by the fact I still have the option to enable it in preferences), but per [[Special:CommunityConfiguration]] the feature will be gone on April 6th.
