:I'm not sure what you mean by "to set up a temporary page". 
:Forgive me if I'm misunderstanding you, but I've noticed that editors who ask about "setting up a page" often have a wrong idea about Wikipedia, and think that it is like social media, where you can "set up a page" for yourself or your organisation. It is not. This is an encyclopaedia, and what we do here is ''write encyclopaedia articles about [[WP:notable|notable]] subjects''. The article does not belong to the subject, and is not controlled by them.
