==What to do if you see this template==
There are multiple reasons why you may be seeing this template in the article space. The most common reasons are:
#The AFC reviewer did not remove the template after accepting the draft. This could happen due to a manual accept or an [[WP:AFCH|AFC helper script]] error.
#The draft was moved to the Article space without being formally reviewed (i.e. a manual move).
#The page is a copy/paste of an existing draft.

In the first instance, all that is needed is to remove the {{t|AfC submission}} template and any other AFC-related templates at the top of the page. In the second instance, if you manually moved the article, simply remove the relevant templates. Otherwise, please [[WP:NPP|review the page]] and take appropriate action. This could include any of the following:
*Remove the template because the article was moved into article space by a non-reviewer, but should be in article space (i.e. it is an acceptable page).
*Move the article back into draft space, leaving the template(s) on as a review record. Note that this is [[WP:DRAFTIFY|sometimes controversial]] and should not be done more than once.
*Nominate the [[WP:AFD|article for deletion]].
*Tag the article for [[WP:CSD|speedy deletion]].
