I've consulted with [[User:Premeditated Chaos|PMC]] about this though, and it looks like there is both an issue with an abundant overuse of quotes (a minor issue) and [[WP:CLOP|too close paraphrasing]] in the non-quoted text. No one's had the time to follow up on the GAN review concerns so unfortunately, it will have to wait to see how extensive the issues really are.
