I propose merging [[Locals]] into [[Rumble (company)]]. I think the content in Locals can easily be explained in the context of this article, and merging them would not cause any article-size or [[WP:UNDUE|weighting]] problems. I am not sure the content in Locals needs to exist, as many of the references are their own sources and notability doesn't appear to be present for Wiki standards. Pavlovski's notability is within the context of Rumble, and merging them would not cause any article-size or [[WP:UNDUE|weighting]] problems.
