This template is used in the reviewing process of [[WP:WIZARD|article wizard]] submissions by the [[WP:AFC|Articles for Creation project]] if a request contains copyright violations, is a personal attack, or otherwise should not be shown to public view. Blank the request, and then add this template, it is also automatically done by the [[WP:AFCH|Articles for Creation helper script]].
