The flag shown here [http://www.passia.org/palestine_facts/meaning_of_flag.htm] seems 1:2 (260 by 130 [[pixels]]) while the one from [[Flags of the World]] [http://flagspot.net/flags/arabcol.html#rev] seems 2:3 (325 by 217 pixels). Both links don't state the ratios explicitly. Search results on [[Google Images]] show both 1:2 and 2:3 versions.
