::For now, this is just a legal/formal change: Nordisk owns Supermassive, so having Nordisk representatives as legal directors for the company they control makes sense. [https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/06574738/filing-history It was so] with [[Rockstar Dundee]]: Take-Two bought the company and appointed its own directors while the former Ruffian directors still run the business at the studio. The only real difference I can see in this case is that this Graeme Law fellow has a track record in liquidating companies, indicating that Supermassive may be shut down or restructured, but that's just my interpretation.
